Without a doubt, the prospect of the week is left wing Christopher Clapperton. The Percé, Quebec native is second in the QMJHL in scoring with 21 points in ten games, helping the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada stay on top of the “Q” with a perfect 10-0-0-0 record.

Alexander Delnov is second in scoring for the 6-2 Seattle Thunderbirds with 11 points and leads the team in goals with seven. Two of the goals came during Seattle’s 6-2 blowout win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes on October 5th.

Defensemen MacKenzie Weegar leads all Halifax Mooseheads’ blueliners in scoring with eight points in ten games. He added to his team lead with a two point week, which earned him a spot on the TELUS three stars of the week.

Defender Josh Brown has contributed steady play and three assists so far this season for the 7-2 Oshawa Generals.

Center Steven Hodges has yet to play this season for the Victoria Royals, thanks to a lower body injury, and is currently awaiting surgery.
