Report: Panthers trade Steven Kampfer, pick to Rangers for Dylan McIlrath

New York also gets a conditional seventh-rounder in 2018

The 24-year-old played in 34 games for the Blueshirts last season, posting totals of 2 goals, 2 assists and 64 PIM to along with a +7 rating.
