Trocheck was issued a Warning following an incident flagged by NHL Hockey Operations during NHL Game No. 433 at Detroit on Dec. 12. His second Citation, which triggered the $2,000 fine, was issued for an incident during NHL Game No. 577 at Washington on Jan. 4. Capitals defenseman Brooks Orpik received a minor penalty for slashing on the play, at 11:04 of the third period.

Love to say I disagree with this, but yeah, won't happen.
