Tomas Vokoun’s effort (30 for 31) was upstaged only by Martin Brodeur (22) in a terrific goaltender dual, but not much else.
The Panthers’ top line of Nathan Horton, Michael Frolik, and Stephen Weiss combined for six SOG and a minus-5, while Steve Reinprecht, Gregory Campbell, and Frolik each paced Florida with three shots apiece.
