The defending Atlantic Division Champion Florida Panthers have released their 2016 preseason schedule. Florida will play seven games against their usual preseason foes along with a special game at the end of the exhibition slate.
The Cats open at the BB&T Center on September 27 versus the Nashville Predators for another preseason doubleheader. Game 1 is in the afternoon at 3:30 pm and Game 2 is later on at 7 pm.
Florida faces their cross-state rivals, the Tampa Bay Lightning, at Tampa on September 29.
The Panthers have a home-and-home series against the defending Central Division Champion Dallas Stars on October 2 in Sunrise and on October 4 at American Airlines Center in Dallas.
The Bolts come to Sunrise on October 6, game time at 7:30.
And finally, the Panthers play a game at West Point Military Academy in New York on October 8 against the New Jersey Devils at 7:30.
