The New York Rangers inked 18-year-old Swede Lias Andersson. The forward was taken seventh overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
The San Jose Sharks signed 19-year-old undrafted Czech goaltender Josef Korenar and 20-year-old left wing Rudolfs Balcers. San Jose selected the Latvian Balcers in the fifth round (142nd overall) in 2015.
The Winnipeg Jets signed 21-year-old Michigan State center Mason Appleton. Appleton was taken in the sixth round (168th overall) of the 2015 draft.
In other signings, the Calgary Flames re-signed forward Micheal Ferland to a two-year contract on Thursday, avoiding salary arbitration. In 76 games with the Flames last season, Ferlund scored 15 goals and 10 assists.
The Vancouver Canucks re-signed center Michael Chaput to a one-year contract and defenseman Evan McEneny to a two-year, two-way deal.
Defenseman Joey LaLeggia remained with the Edmonton Oilers on a one-year, two-way deal.
The Pittsburgh Penguins re-signed defenseman Derrick Pouliot to a one-year contract and right wing Josh Archibald to a one-year, two-way deal.
Goaltender Christopher Gibson stayed with the New York Islanders organization, signing a one-year, two-way deal.
The Los Angeles Kings kept Justin Auger in the fold, inking the right wing to a one-year, two-way deal.
Left wing Taylor Leier remained with the Phialdelphia Flyers, signing a one-year, two-way deal.
