The 2023 World Junior Summer Showcase in Playmouth, MI will conclude today. USA Blue will take on Sweden at 1 p.m. followed by USA White and Finland at 4 p.m.
With only two goaltenders on the USA White roster (at last check), I would expect Florida Panthers prospect Tyler Muszelik to getting some additional playing time in the showcase finale.

The Washington Capitals have signed Tom Wilson to a seven-year contract extension worth $45.5 million. The 29-year-old forward is coming off an injury-riddled season, recovering from surgery for a torn ACL and a fractured ankle. Wilson appeared in just 33 games, producing 13 goals and 22 points as the Capitals missed the postseason. He will play the 2023-24 season under the final year of his current contract, which carries a $5,166,667 cap hit.
