Florida Panthers game at St. Louis Blues moved to March 9

The postponed game between the St. Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks (NHL Game No. 876) – originally started on February 11, but postponed by the NHL due to a medical emergency that occurred at 12:10 of the first period involving former Florida Panthers defenseman Jay Bouwmeester – has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 11 at Honda Center in Anaheim.

As a result, NHL Game No. 1,075 between the Panthers and the Blues, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, has been moved to Monday, March 9 (8 p.m. ET), at Enterprise Center.

Moving the game up a day doesn’t have too much of an effect on the Cats itinerary. Instead of having two days off after playing the Montreal Canadiens at home on March 7 before playing traveling to St. Louis, the Panthers now have one day off. They will get that off day back between the Blues game and the second game of the trip against the Dallas Stars.
