Welcome to all as we embark on yet another summer offseason of free agent signings. Unlike the last few years, the Florida Panthers roster looks to be a (almost) finished product, but general manager Dale Tallon is definitely on the hunt for a third goalie and might be looking for another defenseman or forward. If the Cats do anything of the “major” variety, one would think salary would have to being going out the door as well as coming in.
