Florida Panthers prospects update

The Springfield Thunderbirds head into the weekend on a four-game winning streak and in third place in the AHL’s Atlantic Division with a 6-4 record.

Owen Tippett and defenseman Ethan Prow lead the T-Birds in scoring with nine points. Tippett and Anthony Greco top the club with four goals each,

Henrik Borgstrom has played in three games since being loaned to Springfield last week and has scored twice, including an overtime game-winner, and added an assist.

Chris Driedger continues to give the Thunderbirds stellar goaltending. Driedger is 4-3 with a 2.14 GAA and .939 save percentage.

Springfield added Jack Rodewald to its after the Cats acquired the 25-year-old forward from the Ottawa Senators for the rights to winger Chris Wilkie in a deal that went a bit under the radar.
