Rochester coach Benoit Groulx on first year in AHL: "I learned much"
A recent interview with RDS' Felix Seguin gave the Amerks' bench boss a few moments to reflect on Year One in the "A", the success of Max Talbot, and the looming presence of incoming club vice president Ted Nolan (roughly translated):
"His role is much more at the administrative level," Groulx stated. "He really wants to rebuild this team in unison with the Panthers..."
Thanks, RDS.
Is Ted Nolan the safety-valve for Rochester if on-ice improvement fails to materialize under Groulx in 2009-10?
Yes...can't argue with a resume such as Nolan's | 4 |
No...like DeBoer and a half-dozen other newbies to the NHL, Groulx is the future | 4 |
