Monday Caterwaul: Florida Panthers Open Forum

Dryden Hunt notched a hat trick to power the Springfield Thunderbirds to a 7-4 victory over the Belleville Senators on Sunday. The win was the first of the season for the Thunderbirds, who raised their record to 1-6. Evan Cowley made 27 saves to pick up his first AHL win.

The Florida Panthers get another night off before facing the Montreal Canadiens Tuesday night at Bell Centre to close out a two-game road trip that started off with a nice win over the Washington Capitals. After the game in Montreal, the Cats will return to Sunrise for a five-game homestand.
