Caterwaul: Prepping for Panthers at Bruins, 7pm

UPDATE:  There was some initial confusion over the start time, but it indeed will get underway at 7pm – NOT 7:30. Check back with us at that earlier time for links to the game and chat.

The B’s will be reportedly rolling out the heavy artillery for this one, a game which will include the Garden dual-premiers of second-overall 2010 draft choice Tyler Seguin and former Cat Nathan Horton. Gregory Campbell is expected to center the fourth line. One player Boston is unlikely to see for quite some time is injured forward Marc Savard; after a dreary summer of trade rumors and a looming threat of the league voiding his contract, he remains inundated with post-concussion issues. Other sources:

The Panthers will be going with a lineup similar to that of Tuesday night’s roster in Raleigh, which produced a 4-1 victory over a very young Hurricanes squad. D Erik Gudbranson – that game’s First Star behind a two point (1g) effort – gets yet another opportunity to go all Kulikov on Florida’s coaching staff. There have got to be a few solid NHL-caliber defenseman – under contract – in camp who are beginning to sweat. The roster:

D: Jason Garrison – Gudbranson
