The full-sized video is far more impressive at YouTube in HD via this link (thanks, Franchiseplay), but this is a pretty good representation of what appears to be a solid new hockey videogame entry.
A few notes from the Whale: in-game commentary is forced and utlizing player’s names far too little (not to mention lagging well behind the play). David Booth‘s movements actually resemble David Booth’s movements. I’m liking most of the animations: goalies “clean” the crease, flase-start faceoffs are impeccable. Kamil Kreps gets power play time! And wait until you find yourself yelling at Nathan Horton to – what else? – shoot the puck.
