Tuesday Offseason Caterwaul: Florida Panthers Open Forum

The Calgary Flames signed recently acquired restricted free agent forward Elias Lindholm to a six-year, $29.1 million contract on Monday. Lindholm produced 44 points in 81 games for the Carolina Hurricanes last season. (Matchsticks and Gasoline)

Calgary also re-signed goaltender Jon Gillies to a new two-year deal with an AAV of $750K at the NHL level. The contract is two-way for the first season and one-way for the second. (Flames Nation)

Adam Henrique inked a five-year extension worth $29.25 million with the Anaheim Ducks. Henrique’s new deal contains a modified NTC and will kick in starting in 2019-20. (Anaheim Calling)

The Ducks also re-signed forwards Kalle Kossila and Kevin Roy to one-year, two-way deals.

The Buffalo Sabres re-signed left wing C.J. Smith to a one-year, two-way deal.  Smith scored 17 goals for the Rochester Americans in 2017-18. (Die By The Blade)
